Let’s move on how to play Caribbean Stud Poker. Unlike traditional poker games, the player plays against the Dealer, not against the other players. Like other Poker styles, the player must place his first bet to ante to enter the game before the cards are dealed. All ante must place before the dealer calls “No more bet, please!“. After the antes placed, the dealer and each player gets 5 cards. 4 of the dealer’s cards are faced down. The player can also see one of the cards in the dealer’s hand. After getting cards, the player has some options: to continue betting or pull back. Any player who folds at this stage is out of the game, and loses his ante. If he count on that his hand is better than the dealer, he must put 2x ante bet to play. This is the “call” bet. After calling the dealer’s bet, the dealer starts to open her cards. To qualify to play, the dealer must have Ace/King or higher hand. If the dealer cannot qualify the players wins 1:1 of his ante even if he has a worse hand than the dealer.

If the dealer qualifies, you have 2 options:

1. the player has a better hand, the players get 1:1 of his ante and gets for his call the corresponding payout at the figure on the left according to his hand.
2. If the dealer qualifies and she has a better hand than the player, the player loses both his ante and his call bet.

5+1 Bonus / Side Bets:

To add to the excitement, the optional 5+1 Bonus Bet gives players a separate chance to win no matter if they lose in the main game. The player’s 6^th card is dealers first face-up card. Now, the player play with 6 cards (5 his own and 1 dealer’s face-up card as bonus) and try to get a combination of 3 of a kind or better.
